Mark Chrisman

CO-FOUNDER and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mark Chrisman is a commercial real estate veteran with over 25+ years of experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, corporate facilities, and entrepreneurial ventures. As Co-Founder of Varro, he brings deep industry expertise and strategic insight, contributing to the company’s growth and development through his extensive commercial real estate transaction and operational background.

Throughout his career, Mark has completed several billion dollars in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings, and has overseen portfolios totaling millions of square feet across office, industrial, and retail assets, along with thousands of multifamily units. He holds a BS in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School.

Joseph Marino IV

Joe Marino is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with over +15 years of experience building teams, shaping strategic vision, and driving innovation across multiple successful ventures. As Co-Founder and CEO of Varro, he leads operations, product development, and long-term growth, while overseeing solutions that have advanced property inspections and financial reporting in commercial real estate finance.

Leveraging more than a decade of relationships within the commercial real estate sector, Joe has developed a technology-driven platform focused on improving data transparency, streamlining workflows, and connecting stakeholders across the mortgage ecosystem. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, including the MBA Technology Council, and a graduate of the Williamson School of Business at Youngstown State University.
